Lifa Air's brushing machines are designed and built to meet the real needs of HVAC duct cleaning. Round and rectangular ducts can be cleaned with either only by mechanical brushing and negative pressurising or by combining these with simultaneous use of pressurised air or chemicals. We have electric, hydraulic and pneumatic brushing machines, of which some are also suitable for grease duct cleaning.

HVAC ducts must be cleaned regularly in order to maintain a healthy indoor air and to avoid risk factors, such as accumulated grease in the restaurant environments which may catch fire.
Lifa's brushing machines are result of long and dedicated R&D work and we update the versions according to customer feedback to ensure the user friendliness. Maintaining the cleanliness of HVAC ductwork has never been this easy!

Commercial

HVAC systems in commercial buildings need to be regularly inspected and cleaned in order to keep the building and it’s occupants healthy. The lack of maintenance may lead to increased energy costs and even more unfortunate results, such as Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) and Building Related Illness (BRI).

Industrial

Industrial processes always cause various by-products and contaminants which need to be removed from the exhaust systems regularly. Clean and functional exhaust/pipeline system also decreases the fire risks and cross-contamination in addition to reducing the energy consumption. Cleaning done with LIFAair dry removal method saves both time and the usage of chemicals and water, leading to healthy results economically and sustainably.

Residential

The dryer vents are undeniably the greatest risk in relation to HVAC systems in residential buildings. Kitchen exhaust ductwork is the second biggest risk. However, in long term, dust accumulations for example in ducts and heat exchangers will not only increase the energy consumption but also provide a great growth area for microbes (mold/mildew).

Grease Duct Cleaning

Grease accumulation in exhaust ducts is a fire danger which can cause the whole building to be damaged. Therefore ducts need to be cleaned regularly-as per how many hours kitchen is used per day- in order to keep this accumulation=threat in minimum at all times. Clean and functional exhaust system also prevents odors and heat from escaping to other areas.
