Coverage and binding of orders


These terms and conditions apply to orders placed through the Lifa Air online store. An order is binding when the customer places an order in the online store and receives an order confirmation. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the valid order and delivery terms.

 

Delivery methods and costs


The most common delivery time for our products is about 2-5 working days in Finland. We deliver orders via Posti or Matkahuolto. Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout according to the size of the order.

 

Order cancellation and product return


As a private customer, you have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day the last product or part of your order is marked for pickup.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods (eg. surgical masks / respirators) if the seal has been broken and the product cannot therefore be resold for hygiene or health reasons.

If you cancel your order, we will refund the payments you have received, including the cost of delivering the product in accordance with the most favorable standard delivery method. If you return only part of the order, delivery costs will not be refunded. Please note that as a customer you are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

Returns will be made without undue delay, usually within 14 days of receipt of the product. We will use the same payment method for the compensation that you used in the business transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us.

Return the goods to us immediately and no later than 14 days from the date you announced your decision to cancel your order. The cancellation period is considered complied with if you return the goods before the end of the 14-day period.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods as a result of any processing other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If you process the product more than was necessary to determine the nature, characteristic, and function of the product, we may deduct the discounted value of the product from the amount returned to you.

The right of return does not apply to corporate customers.

If you want to make a return, please contact the customer service of our online store using the Contact Us form. Please write your order number, email address, name, phone number, and reason for the return.

 

Unclaimed shipment


For shipments that are not redeemed / picked up from a representative, we reserve the right to invoice you as a customer for delivery costs, delivery return and handling costs, a total of € 20 incl. VAT. The cost of heavy or large goods is also in line with the current freight schedule.

 

Product warranty


We guarantee that the product is in working order and packaged correctly at the time of shipment. However, if the shipment is clearly damaged upon arrival, you can complain to us and contact our customer service.

Product warranty of our devices is 2 years.

 

Data accuracy / errors


If Lifa Air detects an error in the online store, for example in pricing or product information, product quantity or other details, Lifa Air reserves the right to cancel the transaction and refund the purchase price of the product to the payment method used by the customer.

 

Force majeure


If there is an unforeseen or unavoidable obstacle in the processing of the delivery or order of the product, Lifa Air reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the product and cancel the sale and return the purchase price of the product to the payment method used by the customer.

 

Direct and indirect damages


Lifa Air, its sister or subsidiary companies, partners or employees shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may result from the use of this product.

 

Amendments to the Agreement


Lifa Air reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice upon immediate validity of the new terms and conditions. At the time of ordering apply to the customer's order will the current terms and agreement be applied.

 

Dispute resolution


The aim is to resolve possible disputes through mediation. If a solution to the dispute is not found to the satisfaction of the parties, Finnish law shall apply to the handling of the case.
